About

Helping artists connect with European audiences through editorial, creative and experiential projects.

Mission

Every artist has a story worth telling.

Chingu Lab helps artists, management teams and promoters create meaningful experiences for European audiences through editorial storytelling, creative formats and audience engagement.

Chingu Lab was born from a simple observation: artists and their audiences often meet without really having the time to discover one another. Whether through a promotional interview, a concert or a fan meeting, these exchanges are meaningful, but often too brief. They reveal one side of an artist, rarely the full depth of their world. Yet these moments of closeness are often the ones that leave the strongest memories.

Vision

Why "Chingu Lab"?

In Korean, chingu means "friend". The word Lab evokes a laboratory of ideas: a place for experimentation, where new ways of creating can be imagined — spaces where encounters have the time to exist. Because beyond a concert or an interview, it is the stories we share that build the most lasting connections.

Founded by Lantou Onirina — cultural journalist, author and experience designer — Chingu Lab grew from the desire to imagine other ways of creating an encounter: conversations that take the time to listen, activities that bring artists and their communities closer, projects that let you discover a culture as much as a personality. Today, every project we design is guided by the same ambition: to transform an encounter into an experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Approach

We don't create moments. We design lasting relationships.

European audiences are looking for more than performances or social media content. They want to understand artists, participate in their stories and become part of a shared experience. Relationships don't begin on stage. They begin before the event and continue long after it ends. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen the connection between artists and their audiences. Three pillars, designed as one continuous dynamic: content engages, experience anchors, the whole supports activation at the key moment. We design the full arc, not just the event.

During

Shared experience
